Why generic AI falls flat

AI that knows nothing about you sounds like everyone else

Most tools start from a blank prompt. With nothing to go on, they produce posts that could belong to any brand — bland, off-voice. The fix isn't a cleverer prompt. It's giving the AI a real read on who you are before it writes a single line.

Who you are

Your positioning, your offer, your strengths — captured

ReadyToPost grasps what makes your brand: your positioning, what you actually sell, and the strengths that set you apart. A precise read, down to the word — enough to write with your own accuracy from the very first post.

  • Positioning and value proposition captured with nuance
  • What you sell, offer by offer
  • Your strengths and unique selling points brought forward

ReadyToPost picks up how you speak: “I” or “we”, your tone, your writing style and the words you use. Your posts sound like you, not like an AI.

  • “I” or “we”: the grammar adapts to your brand
  • Tone and writing style detected
  • Your recurring keywords spotted and reused

We almost never released this one. The first glaze failed, the second too. Then one morning, the right shade — that dusty pink leaning into sand. Every piece leaves our hands, shaped one at a time, fired twice. We don’t do batches. We make things last. So tell us: which shelf would it live on at your place?

Frequently asked questions

  • How does ReadyToPost build my brand profile from a URL?

You paste your website address. ReadyToPost scrapes your homepage and your relevant brand pages, then an AI extracts a structured profile of around 23 fields: your positioning, what you sell and your unique selling points, your audience, your voice (“I” or “we”), your target countries and your visual identity — colors and font.

  • What if I don't have a website?

No problem. You fill in the essentials of your brand by hand, and you can give it other sources — a document, some text. ReadyToPost builds the same structured profile, and you start just as well.

  • Does it invent details about my brand?

No, and that's deliberate. The extraction is strict: it never makes up frequencies, locations, exclusivity, quantities or methods. It captures only what is actually written on your site. If a fact isn't there, it isn't claimed.

  • Does it keep monitoring my website in real time?

It reads your site at setup. Anytime, you can also point it at new URLs to feed it information that wasn't there yet.

  • Can I add my photos on top of the URL?

Yes. Each photo you upload is analyzed and classified — product, scene, screenshot, logo or ready-to-post — so it's handled the right way later.

  • Does it import my past posts?

No — and that's on purpose. It reads your site to understand your brand (voice, audience, visual identity), not your past posts: many brands aren't happy with their current posts and don't want to reproduce the same pattern.

  • How does it know if my brand is personal or a company?

It detects that from your site and writes accordingly — “I” for a personal brand, “we” for a company. Your image-generation settings are also auto-configured from your type of business: a place, a product brand, or an intangible service — and stay editable at any time.
